RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At j. Edgar/JGB Shoes shoes.com we would like to insure your satisfaction at every level.  If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 15 days of the date of the original sales receipt. We will gladly exchange your product or refund your money back to your credit card.  Please make sure your product is returned in its original condition. We will not take back anything that has been worn. All tags must still be attached to the product. A copy of the original sales receipt is also required. There will be no shipping charge for exchanges. To return a product please call us at (310)621-8425 or email us at Julie@JGB Shoes shoes.com. We will give you an authorization number to send the item back, so that you are not charged for shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All shipping is done through Fedex

All shipment unless otherwise requested is shipped ground. Ground shipping is 5-8 days for all orders shipped in the US. During special promotions ground shipping may be free. However, normally it will be at a cost of $5.00 a shoe. When ordering more than 2 pairs the shipping is free. Bags are the same price.

We offer 2-3 day service, which is $10.00 a pair of shoes. If you are ordering more than one pair it will be $3.00 a pair after the 1st pair. Bags are the same price.

Overnight service is $20.00 and $5.00 for each additional pair.

SALES TAX

Sales taxes will only be charged in California only.
